1. Simple Present

    S + (is, am, are) + past participle

A: she writes a letter

B: A letter is written by her

2. Present Continuous

    S + (is, am, are) + Past Participle

A: He is closing the window

B: The window is being closed by him

3. Present Perfect

    S + (have/ has) + been + Past Participle

A: they have played the guitar

B: the guitar has been played by them

4. Present Perfect Continuous

    S + have/ has + been + being + Past Participle

A: John has been writing the lesson

B: the lesson has been being written by John

5. Simple Past

    S + was/ were + Past Participle

A: Tracy opened the door

B: The door was opened by Tracy

6. Past Continuous

    S + was/ were + being + Past Participle

A: he was drinking some water

B: some water was being drunk by him

7. Past Perfect

    S + had + been + Past Participle

A: he had written a letter

B: a letter had been written by him

8. Past Perfect Continuous

    S + had + been + being + Past Participle

A: he had been riding a motorcycle

B: a motorcycle had been being ridden by him

9. Future

    S + Will + Be + Past Participle
